Terms of Service: Harper Alex provides fixed price home care services within our defined service area. All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Membership fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, Harper Alex require a 60 day notice period on membership cancellation.
Privacy Policy: We only collect information necessary to deliver our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your information is stored securely and used solely for service delivery and communication.
Membership Agreement & Cancellations
Membership provides priority access, one free call out per year, an annual home check, WhatsApp support, and fixed pricing. Benefits apply only to the registered household. Membership can be cancelled at any time. Harper Alex require a 60 day notice period on membership cancellation, with benefits ending at the end of the billing cycle. Membership shall auto renew annually unless advised otherwise.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We ask for '48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
